For questions about an existing order, please include your order number, full name and the email address used at checkout so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Delivery enquiries
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Returns
To request a return, please email info@theattiq.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and the item you wish to return.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Faulty or incorrect items
If you believe your item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@theattiq.co.uk.
Please include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photographs so we can review it properly.
As many of our pieces are vintage, archive, pre-loved, handmade, antique, original or one-of-a-kind, signs of age, wear, repair, patina or imperfection may be present. Any notable flaws will be described or photographed before purchase.

Because many ATTIQ pieces are one-of-a-kind, we recommend checking all photographs, descriptions, measurements, dimensions, materials and condition notes before purchasing.
