First it’s found. Then it’s curated. Then it’s yours. Here’s how that last part works.

We deliver across the UK and to selected international destinations.

Dispatch
Every piece is wrapped and packed with care, and dispatched within 5 working days of payment. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Orders with more than one item may be sent from different locations and arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery times and costs
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• UK: 2–5 working days
• International: 5–14 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, launches, drops, or due to courier or customs delays.

Large or fragile pieces
Some pieces are too big, too heavy or too precious for a standard courier. Where specialist delivery is needed, it will be noted on the product page, and we will contact you to arrange it.

International orders, duties and taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or local charges. These are set by the destination country, are not included in the item price or delivery cost, and are usually collected by the courier before delivery.

If an international parcel is refused or returned because duties or taxes have not been paid, we will refund the item price once it is back with us, minus the original delivery cost and any return or customs charges we are billed. Customs duties and import taxes are not refundable by THE ATTIQ.

Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Please keep all packaging until we have responded.

Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or non-collection, you may be responsible for any additional postage costs.
