Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11/05/2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from THE ATTIQ through our website, www.theattiq.co.uk. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

This website is operated by Atalanta Thornton, trading as THE ATTIQ.

Contact email: info@theattiq.co.uk

Business address: 25 Hollywood Road, London, SW10 9HT, United Kingdom

2. Our products

We sell curated vintage, archive, pre-owned fashion, art, and homeware pieces. Many of our items are one-of-a-kind and may show signs of age, wear, repair, alteration, or previous use.

We do our best to describe each item accurately, including visible flaws, marks, repairs, signs of wear, or imperfections. Please read the product description, measurements, condition notes, and view all photos before purchasing.

Because our items are vintage or pre-owned, minor signs of wear should be expected and are not considered faults unless they have been incorrectly described.

For vintage, antique, archive, and pre-owned items, flaws, repairs, fading, marks, wear, or signs of age that were clearly shown or described before purchase are not treated as faults.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we dispatch the item or send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

● the item is unavailable;

● there has been an error in the price or product information;

● payment has not been authorised;

● We suspect fraud or misuse of our website.

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs and any applicable charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

We accept payment by debit card, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and any other payment methods shown at checkout.

Prices for our products may change from time to time. Any price changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted, unless there has been an obvious pricing or listing error.

ATTIQ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of receiving payment.

Estimated delivery times are:

UK delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch

International delivery: 5–14 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs, courier issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the date your order is accepted.

Responsibility for the item passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.

6. Returns, cancellations and excluded items

For most online purchases, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email info@theattiq.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number and the item you wish to return. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Returns should be sent to:

ATTIQ Returns

25 Hollywood Road

SW10 9HT

Items must be returned in the same condition received: unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags, packaging, dust bags, certificates, labels, accessories, hygiene seals, or other included items.

Unless an item is faulty or not as described, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We do not offer free returns for change-of-mind purchases.

You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service and keeping proof of postage.

The right to cancel does not apply to certain items, including:

● personalised, customised, altered, or made-to-order items;

● sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery;

● pierced jewellery, earrings, swimwear, lingerie, or similar hygiene-sensitive items where the hygiene seal, tag, or protective packaging has been removed or broken.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, not as described, or does not match the information provided before purchase.

As our pieces are vintage, archive, pre-loved, antique, or one-of-a-kind, signs of age, wear, repair, alteration, fading, marks, or imperfection may be present. We describe and photograph notable flaws before purchase. Disclosed flaws, wear, sizing variations, or age-related characteristics are not treated as faults.

Customers are responsible for checking all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition notes before purchasing. Returns due to fit, colour variation, styling preference, or change of mind are treated as change-of-mind returns.

ATTIQ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

7. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, or you provide proof that it has been sent back, we will process any refund due within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Where you exercise your legal right to cancel, we will refund the item price and the standard outbound delivery cost where required by law. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the standard delivery amount.

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

We may reduce your refund, where permitted by law, if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or if it is returned used, worn, washed, marked, stained, scented, damaged, altered, missing tags, missing packaging, missing hygiene seals, or missing accessories.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

8. Faulty or misdescribed items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@theattiq.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not match the information provided before purchase, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy under UK consumer law.

For vintage, antique, archive, and pre-owned items, flaws, repairs, fading, marks, wear, or signs of age that were clearly shown or described before purchase are not treated as faults.

9. Product colours, sizing and measurements

We try to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on your screen settings.

For clothing, measurements are provided as a guide. Vintage sizing can differ from modern sizing, so please check measurements carefully before purchasing.

Measurements are taken by hand and may vary slightly.

10. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes must be used at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed unless we agree otherwise.

We reserve the right to end, amend, or withdraw promotions at any time.

11. Website use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its security, copy our content without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

All website content, including images, branding, copy, logos, styling, and product descriptions, belongs to THE ATTIQ unless stated otherwise.

ATTIQ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

12. Liability

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, losses caused by your misuse of an item, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Our products are sold for private, domestic, and personal use only. We are not responsible for business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including your statutory consumer rights.

13. Privacy and personal data

Your personal information will be handled in line with our separate Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how we keep it safe, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your legal rights.

Our Privacy Policy is available on our website at [insert link].

You should read our Privacy Policy before placing an order.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

The Terms & Conditions that apply to your order will be the version available on our website at the time you place your order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have rights under the laws that apply there.
